1. Application fee :HK$40
2. Original and a copy of Certificate of Birth/Certificate or Permit to Remain in Hong Kong
3. Copy of Injection card
4. Two recent photos
5. Copy of Certificate of Baptism (For catholic child only)
6. A copy of proof of address (Recent three month)
7. Original and a copy of documentation if a parent or their child has graduated from this school
8. Four stamps and addressed envelopes(Envelopes size:9”x 4”. Each stamp $3. Please write down the student’s name and home address.)

Please come to the school according to your given time slot.

1. The kindergarten will arrange interview for all applicants.
2. Group interviews will be arranged.
3. Parents should accompany their child for the interview.

Priority / Admission Criteria:

• Applicants with sibling(s) currently studying in the  Kindergarten.

-  Interview performance.

-  Applicants living near the school.

-  Applicants with a past family connection to the kindergarten (a supporting document is required).

-  Catholic children.

* 1. When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

Registration Arrangements:

1. Successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 2^th to 4^th January 2025 (“Centralized Registration Dates”) by submitting the original copy of the “2025/26RC” to the kindergarten and paying the registration fee.
2. Applicants on the waiting list: The kindergarten will contact parents by phone according to the situation in the school, parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents are required to submit the original copy of the “2025/26 RC” to the kindergarten and pay the registration fee.
3. Please be reminded that if parents cannot submit the “2025/26 RC” during registration, the Kindergarten may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit their application for the Registration Certificate to EDB within the specified period.
4. The registration fee for 2025/26 K1 is HK$970. If parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the “2025/26 RC” but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the “2025/26 RC”, the Kindergarten will no longer keep the school place for the child.
